My darlings, have you tasted Vietnamese iced coffee before? The other day Giao wrote an awesome post about the process of making it. Her family used to enjoy this summer cooler back in the day and now I'm really tempted to try it myself. It seems easy to brew as long as you have medium-ground dark roast coffee with chicory, condensed milk, ice cubes, boiled water and one of those small metal French drip filters called cà phê phin. I've had it! maybe not this fancy version but I did get it from the vietnamese restaurant. It's sinful!

OMG this is my all time FAVORITE coffee drink!
I have a favorite place back home that makes them perfect! Pho Grand in St Louis, if anyone is ever there you will love it!

i was in vietnam for a month 2 summers ago and i desperately miss their coffee. it is SO delicious!! actually i think all asia coffee is fantastic. :)
it looks BEYOND refreshing....wish I had all those ingredients w me right now.
